Returns and Refunds

Returns

Requests for returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receipt of Return Merchandise Authorization (MRA).  If we do not receive a RMA request within 5 days after you have received your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused , in the same condition that you received it, and completely unaltered.  It must also be sent in the original packaging.

Several types of goods cannot be returned:

Glues and Epoxies                                                           Special Orders

Swarovski and Preciosa merchandise                      Custom Cut Lengths

To complete your return, we require a copy of the original invoice or packing list included with your package, your RMA number, an itemized list of item(s) and reason for return.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless we shipped you damaged merchandise or the incorrect item.

Please email us at sales@elveerosenberg.com if you would like a RMA for exchange or credit. 

There are certain situations where NO refunds are issued:

Items with signs of use, not in original condition and packaging,  or returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Elvee/Rosenberg Inc. reserves the right to refuse a return for credit or exchange if the returned merchandise is not deemed to be in original condition and in its original packaging, or if any of the above criteria are not met. 

Refunds  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds

Contact your credit card company. It may take them some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only exchange items for the same item if they were delivered defective or damaged, and we have received notice within 5 days of receipt.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@elveerosenberg.com.

Shipping

Elvee/Rosenberg Inc. is not responsible for freight or postage on returned items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

All refused orders or packages unable to be delivered are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping both ways.
